We completely understand that plans can change! If you need to update or cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours before your order.
As all our produce is purchased and prepared fresh, we’re unable to offer refunds after this time — but we’ll always do our best to work something out where we can.

After your event, we’ll arrange a suitable time to collect all boards and display pieces — usually within a day or two. We just ask that any leftover food is removed and the boards are given a quick wipe with a damp cloth or paper towel (no soap needed).
Every piece is reused with care, so keeping them clean helps us maintain that beautiful Astrabella finish for future events.

We usually ask for 48 hours’ notice, but if you’ve left it a little late — don’t stress! Send us a message or give us a call and we’ll see what we can do. If we have the produce available and the day allows, we’ll always do our best to fit you in.
